7 Exercises to Keep your Nose in shape
Women’s are complaining about their shape of nose which looks ugly. Some women’s have their nose round or triangle in shape. To cure this, you have to do some exercises daily to get back in shape.
Tips for how to keep your nose in shape -
1. Nose Massaging
Do massage each part of your nose from top to bottom and sides of your bridge. It will help for those people who are suffering from migraine and sinus. Do these exercise in a circular motion. It will also help to improving your blood circulation of your nose to take breathe openly.
2. Nose Straightner
A simple smile can straighten your nose which is very easy exercise to perform nicely. Smile is greatest god gift to every individuals which can face every difficult situation in your life. Just need to perform best simple exercise like smile openly as you can. Open your mouth openly and smile with your full heart. By performing this exercise, along with smile you also have to push your nose upwards. It will help you to straighten your nose and build muscles side of your nose.
3. Nose wiggling
You just need to wiggle your nose by staying your face still. Perform this exercise for atleast 30 times a day. This exercise will not only build your nose muscles but also reshape your nose to look better.

You need to block your nostril on one side, and inhale within four seconds from the free one. Now reverse the blocking and exhale from the open one for eight seconds.

This one is for women who are not happy with the shape of their nose. With this workout for your nose, there are chances that you can change its shape and sculpt it to the shape you want. Press the bottom sides of your nose with the help of your index fingers, while flaring the nostrils. This exercise also prevents your nose from sagging.
6. Nose Shortner
In this exercise, you need to place your index finger on the tip of your nose and press it gently. Now, push that finger down by exerting downward pressure by your nose. You can do this daily for as many times as you can. This exercise can reduce your cartilage of your bone in nose. This exercise can make your nose slimmer on both sides.
7. Smile Line Eliminator
First, fill your mouth with air and close it tightly. Then move that air in all four directions within your mouth. Hold the air each time for five seconds and finally release it. It will reduce your smile lines which get deeper by age and do not look good.
